My drain system in our kitchen was a total disaster and we had constant issues with overflow and drain issues.
Lukasz came and find a solution starting immediately and finished within few hours, I’ve spoken sawing few plumbers and no one was able to help which was extremely frustrating.

We can’t be more happy with an efficiency, professionalism and quality of Łukasz job and help.

Highly recommended

No job is too difficult or impossible for Lukas.

We had almost lost hope after several plumbers told us that the problem was too difficult or simply impossible to fix. Then Lukas came along and found a way.

He really leaned into the challenge, thought creatively, identified the problem and came up with a solution when others couldn’t. We are extremely grateful for his persistence and expertise.

Lukas is also a real pleasure to deal with - professional, approachable and clearly takes great pride in the quality of his work. His workmanship is impeccable.

We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Lukas!

The patio needed a jetwashing service. We hired this company as subcontractor and the work was done professionally and very efficiently.
The client was very happy with the results.
Cooperative and hardworking professionals, highly recommended to anyone looking for jet washing, gutters cleaning or wet blasting old paint.

Water supply suddenly stopped. We called 24/7 after South East Water checked the meter. Lukas came swiftly and by a process of elimination the problem was resolved very quickly. Everything was clearly communicated in advance including pricing. Thank you very much! Excellent, professional service

I thoroughly recommend Lukas, and 24/7 Emergency Drains and Plumbing. I found an alarming leak, but was unable to work out where it was coming from. It was the evening before the Bank Holiday weekend, so I was obviously very worried. I phoned Lukas, who happily came to check the source of the leak. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and swiftly ordered a replacement water heater system. He installed it as soon as he received it, with care.

Lukas is meticulous in his work, thorough, courteous and extremely reasonably priced. He is also extremely tidy, and "goes the extra mile". It is rare to find a tradesmen with all these qualities. If you have an emergency, call Lukas. He will not let you down!

I recently invited Lukas to review a kitchen cupboard proposal. He offered some excellent advice and helped me resolve my dilemma, which I’ve since followed and achieved the perfect outcome. Lukas generously gave me his time and advice without charge. Thanks Lukas.

I recently used 24/7 Emergency Drains & Plumbing Ltd for a water pump change in my flat, including the replacement of valves in the water tank, and I was extremely impressed with the service.

The engineer was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. The water pump replacement was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and the valve replacement work in the water tank was carried out with great attention to detail. Everything was thoroughly tested before the job was finished, and the whole system is now working perfectly.

What stood out most was the excellent communication, honest advice, and tidy workmanship throughout the process. It’s reassuring to find a company that takes pride in its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

I would highly recommend 24/7 Emergency Drains & Plumbing Ltd to anyone needing plumbing repairs, water pump replacement, valve replacement, or emergency plumbing services. Reliable, professional, and excellent value for money. Thank you Lucas for a fantastic job!

Fantastic service. When you don't know who to call I defn recommend. Arrived very quickly when I had a blocked kitchen sink waste pipe. I have some complicated under the sink pipework but he knew exactly what to do and sorted it out. I also had him replace the kitchen tap which I had been putting off dreading doing it myself. Professional and friendly and all at very reasonable price. Thank you
